Maybe you went to an altar and repeated a prayer. Maybe you didn’t understand what you were doing or saying. Maybe you went to the altar to please someone. But you left that altar and lived like the world doing what you wanted, not caring what God wanted. You gave lip service saying you know Jesus. You had knowledge of Jesus, but you did not have a relationship with Jesus. Relationship means having Jesus in your heart putting Jesus first.
